The Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) system plays a critical role in our operations. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical support for the AMI system, including network infrastructure, meter technologies, and back-office systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and troubleshooting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 0-2 years of relevant engineering experience
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Able to read and understand electrical one lines
