About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional OB/GYN physician to lead our team at Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for maintaining collaboration among the clinical team and hospital leadership, working alongside TeamHealth administration, and driving patient safety and quality initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Work closely with hospital leadership to drive quality initiatives
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient safety and outcomes
- Lead and manage a team of OB/GYN physicians
What We Offer
- Medical director stipend
- Enhanced hourly rate; sign-on bonus negotiable
- Staffing model with 2 MDs in-house 24/7
- Great quality of life; Work 6 to 8 days per month
- Minimal clinic coverage required with a maximum of 8 hours per week rotated between the physicians on the team
