Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and caring individual to provide afterschool support for a family in our community. As an Afterschool Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the children's safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and engage children in various activities, promoting their physical and emotional development.
  • Assist with homework and provide guidance to help them succeed academically.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all necessary safety protocols.

Requirements

  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with children, parents, and other caregivers.
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a caregiving or educational setting.
