About the Job: Jackson HealthPros is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to fill a travel assignment in Atlanta, Georgia.

Job Overview: This role will involve working as a CT Technologist in a hospital setting, utilizing expertise to accurately interpret physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and operate CT scan equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate CT scanners and other imaging equipment
  • Administer contrast materials and medications as needed
  • Position patients correctly for optimal image quality
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in radiology or current enrollment in a radiology program
  • Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in radiology
  • Current certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • BLS certification
