Opportunity Summary

VISTA Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join our team in rural, Western Minnesota. This established practice offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality patient care while enjoying a great work-life balance.

About the Practice

This not-for-profit, independent health system has 110 providers and 19 specialty services. The obstetrics and gynecology department consists of 1 OB/GYN MD and 2 Family Medicine/OB MDs, providing a wide range of services including annual exams, anxiety and depression screening, STD testing, HPV treatment, infertility management, birth control options, colon screening, perimenopause and menopause care, high-risk pregnancies, endometrial ablation, hysterectomies, prenatal care, pre-surgical exams, and gynecologic surgery.

Schedule and On-Call Responsibilities

The physician will be responsible for seeing patients on a part-time basis with a schedule that includes 1:4 on-call shifts for the 4-bed labor and delivery department and emergency department. This allows for a good balance between clinical responsibilities and personal time.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $250,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, the physician will receive:

The community is situated approximately 170 miles northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul and 25 miles east of the North Dakota border.
