Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant

Stepworks Recovery Centers, LLC is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our team in Elizabethtown, KY. As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our addiction treatment programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect and review lab results ordered by physicians
  • Administer medications according to Stepworks protocols
  • Monitor patient vitals and measure withdrawal symptoms
  • Supervise residential patients and maintain facility rules and curfews
  • Assist clinicians and therapists in providing patient care
  • Encourage patients to persevere in treatment and provide support during crisis situations
Requirements:
  • Active CMA, CCMA, or RMA certification
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
