Job Summary

The Children's Home of Pittsburgh is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and optimal operation of our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of maintenance and repair projects.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce downtime.

Requirements
