KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Licensed Vocational Nurse operates under direct supervision in accordance with the state-specific Nurse Practice Act and established nursing protocols. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing nursing care to patients in need, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Collecting and documenting patient information accurately.
- Making critical observations and reporting relevant data to the healthcare team.
- Overseeing and guiding the care provided by other nursing personnel as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current LVN licensure in good standing as required by state regulations.
- A minimum of one year of nursing experience in a long-term care environment is highly preferred.
