Key Responsibilities- Provide targeted support to identified students, including whole group, small group, and one-on-one interventions.
- Implement crisis intervention strategies to ensure student well-being and success.
- Advocate for students' holistic well-being, including social, emotional, and academic needs.
- Cross-functional collaboration with teachers and families to understand how to best meet student needs.
- Provide push-in and pull-out services as needed.
- Facilitate Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
- Develop and track interventions to understand IEP effectiveness.
- Master's (MSW) or Doctoral degree in Social Work.
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license eligible in the State of Illinois.
- Previous experience in a PreK-5 setting preferred.
