Lash Artist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lash Artist to join our team at Lash and Company Med Spa in Westminster. As a Lash Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional lash extension services to our clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert lash extension services, including classic, hybrid, and volume lash applications.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their lash needs and preferences.
• Utilize before and after photos to ensure client satisfaction and document treatments on approved electronic devices.
• Maintain accurate client records, including intake forms and treatment records.
• Ensure a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Lash and Company's cleanliness standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on industry innovations and best practices.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in lash extension services, including classic, hybrid, and volume lash applications.
• 1 year of experience in waxing services.
• Cosmetology or Esthetician license (preferred).
