Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser to join our team at Novecento Doral. As a Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room, providing exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, including serving bread, water, and butter upon arrival and refilling as needed.
  • Remove used tableware between courses and clear tables after guests leave.
  • Take soiled tableware to the dishroom and unload, sort, and stack silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in designated areas.
  • Clean table tops, chairs, and booths between seatings and reset and arrange tabletops.
  • Inspect assigned restrooms every 30 minutes and clean as needed.
  • Respond to guest requests and communicate with servers and hostesses to ensure efficient seating and table utilization.
  • Assist servers with food delivery, especially during peak periods.
  • Thank guests as they leave and maintain a clean and sanitary environment throughout the restaurant.
Requirements
  • No previous restaurant experience required.
  • Working knowledge of the predominant language(s) of our guests.
  • Ability to lift, reach, bend, and stoop.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
