Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform painting and finishing tasks on modular housing units.
  • Assist in various construction-related activities, including framing, drywall installation, and fixture repairs.
  • Support quality control efforts by ensuring all work meets company standards.
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance skills and take on more advanced tasks over time.

Work Environment:

This position is based in a collaborative and dynamic workspace, where team members work together to achieve common goals. The standard work schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts, allowing for a balanced work-life experience.
