Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT) to join our team at Central EMS in Manchester. As an AEMT, you will be responsible for responding to emergency and non-emergency calls, providing medical care and transportation to patients, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure the highest level of patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, providing medical care and transportation to patients
  • Assess patients' conditions and provide appropriate medical care, including administering medications and performing procedures
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the highest level of patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and technologies
Requirements
  • Certified Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT) certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Certified EMS Vehicle Operator (CEVO) certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions in emergency situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Environment
