Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Perform various diagnostic tests and procedures to support the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including echocardiography machines and cardiac catheterization labs.
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely test results.
  • Develop and implement patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and hospital efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as cardiovascular technology or a related field.
  • Current certification as a Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES).
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Cardiology Technologist in a hospital setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
