We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Clerical Support Specialist to join our team in Buffalo, NY. As a hybrid role, you will work from home one day a week and be based in our office Monday through Thursday.

Responsibilities include performing close process, analytics, and AP expense tracking, as well as monitoring credit approvals and SOX compliance. You will also assist with budget planning and forecasting and establish effective communication with distribution center, Head Office, and Shared Service Center personnel.

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 4 years of related accounting experience, including general ledger and foodservice distribution or similar distribution experience. You should also possess knowledge of accounting principles, computerized accounting techniques, and strong organizational skills.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance. The expected compensation for this role is between $18.63 and $31.04 per hour.
