As a Property Quality Inspector, you will play a vital role in maintaining the exceptional reputation of SkyRun by conducting thorough pre-arrival inspections, owner inspections, and annual property assessments. Your responsibilities will encompass identifying any maintenance needs, resolving minor issues, and ensuring that each property is meticulously prepared for our valued guests.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive pre-arrival, owner, and annual inspections of vacation rental properties, adhering to established checklists and quality standards.
- Effectively communicate with homeowners, guests, and internal teams regarding inspection findings, maintenance requests, and property updates.
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude by resolving minor maintenance issues and performing light cleaning tasks as required.
- Prioritize and organize the inspection schedule to ensure timely completion of all assigned properties.
- Utilize company software systems proficiently (training provided) to document inspection results, track maintenance requests, and manage property information.
