Position Overview:
At The Reserve, we are committed to maintaining our mission and values through exceptional service. The role of the Housekeeping professional is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort across all facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Uphold rigorous cleaning standards across all amenities.
2. Availability to work five days a week, with shifts scheduled between 6 AM and 4 PM (Monday-Sunday), including occasional events requiring extended hours.
3. Maintain professionalism at all times during work hours.
4. Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including:
    - Restocking restrooms
    - Sweeping and mopping floors
    - Cleaning glass surfaces
    - Dusting and vacuuming
    - Washing and drying linens and towels
    - Disinfecting and storing cleaning equipment at the end of each shift.


Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
- Capacity to clean all areas, including hard-to-reach spots
- Physical stamina to walk, climb, or bend for extended periods
- Proven time management skills
- Experience in cleaning commercial or residential properties to the highest standards.


Work Environment:
The role may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions and requires adaptability to a fast-paced, energetic atmosphere. Employees may encounter extreme heat and daily exposure to cleaning chemicals.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent stooping, crouching, climbing ladders, and stairs.

Additional Requirements:

- Club experience preferred, with 1-2 years of supervisory experience beneficial.
- Dependable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance are necessary.
- Background check screening is required.
