About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Therapist to join our team at Lighthouse Autism Center. As an RBT, you will play a critical role in delivering one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, utilizing your expertise to create personalized therapy plans and track progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism, utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized therapy plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Apply your creativity and advanced techniques in our play-based and naturalistic therapy environment, promoting engagement and motivation in children.
  • Document and track each child's development, contributing to their customized therapy programs and informing treatment decisions.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training, staying up-to-date on best practices and research in ABA therapy.
Requirements
  • Current RBT credential and valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing more than 50 pounds, as well as sustain physical contact and impact.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
  • Background check and drug test required.
