Average salary for this position is $80,000 per year in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients' physical, perceptual, cognitive, social, and vocational abilities to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and establish plans of care and treatment for each patient.
  • Maintain accurate clinical and patient records according to state and federal guidelines.

In this role, you will work independently and make sound judgments while providing excellent patient care. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services to patients in their homes.

Requirements:
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers issued by the American Heart Association.
  • Valid driver's license granted by the state of Wisconsin or Illinois.
  • Typically requires 3 years of experience in occupational therapy within an acute hospital, home health care, or other relevant environment.
