We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to join our team at JBT Corporation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and implementing operation excellence throughout our manufacturing sites to improve safety, quality, scheduling, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advocate for safety programs to create a culture that prioritizes injury prevention and employee well-being.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout our manufacturing operations.
  • Design and implement an integrated production scheduling system that enables flexibility to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure effective material management to meet production requirements.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our Epicor ERP system and lead its effective use across the organization.
  • Deploy operational expenditure improvement programs to reduce costs and improve our cost structure.
  • Implement a new Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) system, including understanding and measuring capacity, cost of quality, and change management processes.
  • Collaborate with the executive team and department heads to ensure alignment of company priorities with our overall direction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • 10+ years of management/supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility.
  • 10+ years of experience managing production operations.
  • Excellent ERP skills and experience with material management, process improvement, safety, and quality processes.
  • Practical experience with machines and tools, and a strong understanding of equipment.
