Job Description

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Performing Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, positioning, etc.
  • Ensuring completion of all charting and documentation per shift for all care provided to the residents.
  • Attending team meetings and mandatory in-services.
  • Performing all duties in accordance with Local, State, and Federal Guidelines and Regulations.
  • Protecting the privacy and dignity of our residents by keeping patient information confidential and complying with HIPAA Guidelines.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and qualifications through various training programs and support from our experienced team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and service.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A Pennsylvania State CNA Certification or willingness to obtain one.
  • Experience preferred, but not required.
