As a Clinic Mental Health professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing group activities that promote mental health, emotional well-being, and daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and provide group activities that cater to the needs of patients on the unit.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform treatment plans and improve patient outcomes.
  • Prepare and facilitate forums for discussion and activities that promote mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health.
  • Provide individual and group instruction to develop and maintain appropriate daily living skills.
  • Communicate findings to the multi-disciplinary team and participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of treatment plans.
  • Assess and communicate the need for supplies and sensory interventions for patients.
  • Assist in staff development of group facilitation skills.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
  • Current Social Work License (LCSW, LICSW) or License in a related field (LMHC, Licensed Psychologist) in the State of MA.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
