  • Handle transactions for food and beverages, ensuring accurate change is provided.
  • Serve food and drink orders promptly and courteously.
  • Verify identification for patrons ordering alcoholic beverages who appear under the age of 30.
  • Perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and lifting items up to 50 pounds.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of cocktail preparation and current beverage trends.
  • A minimum of two years of bartending experience in a fast-paced setting.
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods, navigate narrow stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Food Handler Certification is mandatory; TIPS certification is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a bustling environment.
  • Willingness to collaborate as a team member, contributing to bar operations and vessel readiness.
