Youth Soccer Instructor Job Description

Soccer Shots is looking for enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our team as Youth Soccer Instructors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive soccer sessions to children aged 2-5 in various preschool/daycare settings throughout Morris County, Central NJ, Ocean County, and Southern NJ.


About the Role
  • Type: Part-time instructor position
  • Age Group: Children ages 2-5
  • Locations: Various preschools/daycares in Morris County, Central NJ, Ocean County, and Southern NJ
  • Session Length: 30 or 45 minutes
  • Seasonal Duration: 10-12 weeks, with the option of working all year round

Key Responsibilities
  • To deliver high-quality soccer sessions that meet the needs and abilities of the children
  • To create a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and physical development
  • To maintain accurate records of attendance and progress
