**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coach, lead, and influence a team of Customer Experience Managers to achieve sales and performance targets.
  • Execute the store's annual business plan and support the General Manager in ensuring the store is well-run, well-merchandised, and well-staffed.
  • Lead a team of Customer Experience Representatives in delivering world-class customer service, effective sales techniques, merchandising standards, and store policies and procedures.
  • Take ownership of the performance management of the team, including training, coaching, motivating, and developing the team.
  • Provide support for team members and customers alike, and contribute to the overall vision and sales objectives of the store.
  • Engage and inspire customers on the floor, making meaningful connections and creating a warm and welcoming environment in our stores.
  • Leverage our product to tell stories and add joy to our customers' lives.

**Requirements**

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in retail or the services sector.
  • Ability to develop direct reports to continually grow their skills as a leader and assist them in achieving their goals.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and performance targets.
  • Passionate, enthusiastic, curious, humble, giving, and driven.
