About the Role

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Covenant Medical Center. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our nursing staff.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
  • Assist with feeding, toileting, and transferring patients
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
  • Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of patient care plans
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Texas
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull patients as needed
