Floral Merchandiser

Falcon Farms Inc. is seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for merchandising and selling fresh-cut flowers at multiple retail locations.

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
• Merchandise and display products in a visually appealing and organized manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a retail or merchandising role preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
