ABOUT THE ROLE
A Style Consultant is dedicated to efficient operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience, bringing the essence of style to life through engaging in-store presentations that facilitate quick and easy self-discovery.
Responsibilities include ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked with the appropriate products, accurately priced, and signed with the correct sizes, styles, and colors across various areas including Apparel & Accessories, Home, and Seasonal.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Style Consultant, your typical day may involve:
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere by genuinely greeting all guests.
- Observing to quickly identify whether a guest requires assistance or wishes to engage.
- Utilizing store tools to gain insights into key metrics, sales goals, and guest traffic.
- Maintaining product availability by keeping the sales floor replenished and organized for an inviting shopping experience.
- Staying updated on trends and executing visual merchandising standards.
- Engaging with guests in fitting rooms to provide personalized recommendations.
- Prioritizing guest interaction while balancing task completion.
- Ensuring compliance with safety policies and best practices.
