Job Description: Nanas Place Learning Center Univers seeks a qualified teacher assistant to support the delivery of high-quality educational experiences to young children in a Prekindergarten setting. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the lead teacher to design and implement engaging lesson plans, conduct daily activities, and maintain accurate records of student progress.

Duties and Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting with lesson planning, preparing materials, and implementing activities designed to promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth. They will also collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum materials, participate in staff meetings, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our center.

Requirements and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have a warm and friendly personality, be sensitive to the feelings and needs of others, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. A Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred but not required. You must also be at least 18 years old and meet the requirements set by the state and our center.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $18-$23 per hour, plus benefits including paid time off, health insurance, and opportunities for professional development.
