Position Overview:
Under the supervision of the Distribution Manager, this role provides essential clerical and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the distribution department.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver comprehensive office and clerical assistance across various distribution work areas.
  2. Prepare, review, and print necessary documentation such as warehouse pick tickets and transfer orders while maintaining accurate records.
  3. Verify shipped quantities against system records to ensure inventory accuracy.
  4. Investigate and resolve inquiries related to delivery issues and customer feedback.
  5. Support the inventory team during physical inventory counts and cycle audits.
  6. Assist Inventory Clerks in creating inventory tags for incoming warehouse receipts.
  7. Update and maintain accurate warehouse location records for inventory movements.
  8. Keep track of training records, certificates, and compliance trackers for the distribution team.
  9. Perform routine filing and manage telephone communications.
  10. Identify and address inventory discrepancies, proposing solutions and seeking guidance from management as needed.
  11. Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Preference will be given to candidates with certifications or training in Procurement, Distribution, and relevant Computer systems/software. (PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED)

Degree Equivalency:
Bachelor's Degree = 4 years of experience.
Master's Degree = 2 years of experience. Note that for positions requiring a Master's degree, the years of experience for a Bachelor's degree must also be included.
