Studio Director

About Xponential Fitness, a national leader in luxury fitness, we are seeking a talented and motivated General Manager to lead our studio in Sunrise, Florida. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of studio operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service. This is a full-time position with a competitive base rate plus commissions and bonus if all goals are met.

In this role, you will be expected to drive business growth through effective sales strategies, manage a team of Sales Representatives, and maintain a clean and organized studio environment. You will also be responsible for enforcing studio policies and procedures, as well as identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
