Job SummaryWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team on a per diem basis. As a per diem Occupational Therapist, you will have the flexibility to work on your own schedule and choose your own caseload.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and treatment plans for patients.
- Document findings and treatment plans accurately and timely.
- Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
- Provide comprehensive treatment to patients using various modalities and modifying treatment as needed.
- Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA.
- Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated).
- Current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in-state as applicable.
- Competitive pay rate of $55.00 - $60.00 per year.
