About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Sausage and Grinds Clerk. As a key member of our meat department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and master the art of making sausage and grinds by following established recipes and procedures
  • Work effectively in a cold environment, maintaining a safe and clean workspace
  • Merchandise product according to weekly sales promotions and maintain a visually appealing store display
  • Stock product, including lifting and bending, to ensure efficient inventory management
  • Break down pallets of product to fill shelves or back stock in coolers, maintaining proper product rotation
  • Operate our meat wrapping machine with precision and accuracy
