Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor and maintain eye contact.
  • Clearly present menu items, assist patrons in their choices, and encourage additional purchases.
  • Efficiently process transactions, handle payments, and provide accurate change.
  • Comply with alcohol service regulations and responsibilities.
  • Express gratitude to customers and guide them to condiments, silverware, and beverages.
  • Stay informed about menu offerings, promotions, and merchandise.
