**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Handyman Technician to join our team. As a Handyman Technician, you will be responsible for completing small to medium maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Completing maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects, including carpentry, bathroom improvements, kitchen improvements, painting, and drywall work.
• Communicating with customers to understand their needs and manage expectations about the scope of work and costs.
• Delivering a great experience that wows customers and creates life-long repeat business.

**Requirements**

• 8+ years' experience in the construction trade.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds independently.
• Ability to safely work at heights and work overhead for extended periods of time.
• Professional appearance and maintenance of company-provided vehicle.
• Self-management skills, as you will be working alone often.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to speak with customers.
• Ability to use technology and document jobs.
• Ability to wear proper PPE and booties to protect customers' homes.

**Preferred Qualifications**

• Strong proficiency in at least three (3) of the following areas: carpentry work, bathroom improvements, kitchen improvements, painting, drywall work, general plumbing and electrical, floor installation and refurbishing, and familiarity with building codes.
