About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Anesthesia Care Team Manager to lead our anesthesia department at Archway Physician Recruitment. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the department, developing and implementing anesthetic plans, and ensuring exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Anesthesia Department with expertise and vision
  • Develop and implement quality improvement programs for the department
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation agency requirements
  • Represent Nurse Anesthesia at hospital conferences and committee functions
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Requirements
  • CURRENT active state licensure as a registered nurse in the state of N.Y.
  • Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor
  • CURRENT certification or recertification by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists
  • Minimum of five years experience as a CRNA preferred
