Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements

  • Collaborate with team members to define projects and develop business rules
  • Apply database analysis skills to understand user needs and develop solutions
  • Design and implement database objects, stored procedures, and T-SQL
  • Develop SSIS packages and ETL processes
  • Communicate project status and planning activities with team and customers
  • Troubleshoot slow performing queries and database servers
  • Provide support for off-hour deployments and production issues
  • Participate in off-hours support rotation
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area and ensure safe operating conditions
  • Comply with HIPAA regulations and professional conduct
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 10+ years of SQL Database Development experience
  • SQL Server 2008 or higher
  • T-SQL development and debugging
  • Database design and normalization
  • SSIS development and deployment
  • Data Warehouse Development and Dimensional Modeling
  • Database Administrator roles and experience
  • Healthcare information experience preferred
  • SSAS experience preferred
