About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Senior Analyst, Procurement to join our Indirect Procurement Shared Services (IPSS) Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the creation and execution of category procurement strategies for Information Systems/Technology Software and Software Service categories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop negotiation plans and lead negotiations with suppliers to obtain the best value for software products and associated services.
  • Drive procurement activities for varying software types, from perpetual licenses to Software as a Service (SaaS), for utilization by Toyota's technology teams.
  • Develop and implement multi-year sourcing strategies for responsible software spend categories, using data analysis and internal collaboration.
  • Negotiate pricing to achieve cost savings while mitigating financial and legal contractual risks for the enterprise.
  • Support Toyota Legal and Indirect Procurement Shared Services (IPSS) Contracts with the development and execution of contractual documents.
  • Build and maintain close relationships with business units and supplier partners to deliver comprehensive and cross-enterprise process improvement solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or similar field or equivalent experience.
  • Five or more (5+) progressive years of experience with indirect procurement sourcing, contract drafting, and negotiation.
  • Two or more (2+) progressive years of experience with Software and related technology services sourcing and negotiations.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with Procure to Pay tools, including but not limited to Ariba.
