Job Summary:
The B2B Sales Consultant in Healthcare at Staples, Inc. is responsible for driving sales growth and customer acquisition within their defined territory. This individual must possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage with small to medium business customers and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

As a key member of the sales team, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure successful account management and integrate customer feedback into your sales approach. You will be expected to utilize prescribed selling tools to prioritize activities and drive efficiency, as well as to document customer engagement and information.

This is a high-velocity sales position that leverages a prioritized call list to drive prospect engagement remotely by phone, video, face-to-face, and utilizing digital tools. You will be expected to exhibit effective appointment setting skills, set the required number of appointments each week with the correct decision makers, and close deals through consultative selling, solutions selling, insight selling, negotiation, and advanced client management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your defined territory
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and partners
• Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs
• Leverage expertise of prospect industry buying process', and ability to support product selection and standardization to drive sales growth
• Collaborate with customer support/set up teams and category specialists to progress deals forward to closed won
• Implement and ramp wins driving compliance to new account/program
• Bring in over $750K / year in revenue by delivering exceptional sales performance
• Create sticky accounts which will continue to purchase from Staples
• Integrate feedback from prospects into sales approach
• Communicate effectively with customers daily in person and face-to-face in a professional manner

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of successful sales experience or success as a Staples B2B Sales Associate
• 3+ years experience in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM) and industry knowledge (a plus)
