About the Role:

Gold Crest Care Center is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in providing high-quality care to our residents. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Daily Living Activities: Provide assistance with daily living needs, including delivering meals, turning and ambulating patients, and ensuring access to fresh water and extra nourishment between meals.
  • Support Personal Hygiene: Help patients with personal hygiene needs, including providing bedpans, assisting with baths, shampoos, and showers.
  • Provide Adjunct Care: Offer adjunct care services, including applying ice packs, non-sterile dressings, and therapeutic baths as needed.
  • Monitor Vital Signs: Check vital signs and record daily information in the patient's chart.
  • Collaborate with Nursing Staff: Assist nurses and other staff members as needed to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Adhere to Professional Standards: Maintain professional standards, follow policies and procedures, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Joint Commission standards.
