About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and analyze complex provider payment concerns, and work to resolve issues and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement effective provider recruitment strategies to support our strategic organizational objectives.
  • Design and deliver provider training and workshops to meet the educational needs of our network.
  • Collaborate with the Provider Relations Supervisor to ensure seamless communication and coordination with providers.
About the Team

Our Provider Relations team is dedicated to recruiting, educating, advocating, and supporting our healthcare provider network. As a member of this team, you will be the face of Central California Alliance for Health, building and maintaining strong relationships with providers and supporting their needs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Two years of experience in a healthcare, customer service, marketing, or public relations environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with providers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
