- Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child, fostering a safe and nurturing environment for learning and growth.
- Partner with parents to provide exceptional care and education for their children, building strong relationships and a sense of community.
- Support your center's success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
- Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
- Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
- Approved state trainer (preferred).
- 2-3 years of Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
- CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
- Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
- Ability to use a computer, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read, write, understand, and speak English fluently.
