Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure optimal signage at all service stations.
  • Maintain operational efficiency to minimize customer inquiries.
  • Present a professional appearance, including a clean uniform and vehicle.
  • Exhibit a positive demeanor in customer interactions.
  • Uphold inspection standards for all assigned units.
  • Perform repairs on water-only and water-ice refill stations as necessary.
  • Demonstrate technical competence within the region.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve mechanical and technical issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to market personnel.
  • Maintain and update maintenance charts and checklists as required.
  • Execute maintenance tasks ranging from routine to advanced on refill stations.
  • Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call duties as assigned.
  • Care for company vehicle, inventory, and equipment responsibly.
  • Drive in a safe and defensive manner while operating a company vehicle.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to task completion.
  • Proficient in the use and maintenance of hand tools.
  • Able to adhere to the required work schedule.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic equipment such as voltmeters.
  • Preferred experience in electrical maintenance or repair.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Capable of climbing ladders and performing physical tasks such as walking, standing, stooping, and bending.
  • Ability to work safely in confined spaces within refill stations.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
  • Competence in safely operating a motor vehicle.
  • Availability for overtime, including some weekends or evenings.

Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • General knowledge and experience in electrical systems.
