- Perform high-quality repair work efficiently, adhering to dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Conduct alignments, fluid exchanges, brake services, and suspension work while addressing customer needs.
- Execute comprehensive diagnostics and troubleshooting for automotive systems.
- Test drive vehicles to verify the quality of repairs performed.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies diligently.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding service progress and estimated completion times.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and techniques.
- Exhibit behaviors that align with the company's core values in all interactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Ability to understand and follow job-related instructions and information, whether in electronic or printed form.
- Preferred 2 to 3 years of experience as an automotive technician.
- ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated dexterity, patience, creativity, sound judgment, and attention to detail.
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- A valid in-state driver's license with a satisfactory driving record according to company standards.
