Key Responsibilities:

Cost Estimation:

  • Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects from the perspective of the general contractor
  • Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing

Bid Preparation:

  • Lead the preparation of bid proposals, including cost analysis and value engineering
  • Review and interpret contract documents, SOWs, and drawings

Risk Management:

  • Provide recommendations for risk mitigation and contingency planning
  • Monitor and adjust estimates based on project changes and updates

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in estimating for commercial projects from the perspective of the general contractor
  • Experience in leading junior estimators

This executive-level position comes with a competitive salary and relocation assistance will be provided if necessary. Salary will be determined based on experience.
