Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Lot Attendant to join our Front End Customer Service Team at Wegmans Food Markets. As a Lot Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience by maintaining the appearance and safety of our parking lot, gathering shopping carts, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the appearance and safety of the parking lot, including gathering shopping carts and picking up garbage
  • Engage customers in friendly conversation, making eye contact and smiling, to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment
  • Proactively offer additional assistance or services to customers, thanking them for shopping at Wegmans
  • Offer additional service during inclement weather to ensure customers have a safe and enjoyable shopping experience
