Job Description:
We're looking for a skilled Arrangement Artist to join our team. As an Arrangement Artist, you'll be responsible for designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements and bouquets that exceed our customers' expectations. You'll work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs and preferences, and use your artistic skills to craft custom arrangements that amaze them.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in floral design or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of flower arrangement techniques and principles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
