ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Manager at our Sid Mashburn Dallas location, you will lead a skilled team to create a remarkable retail experience. You will serve as a brand ambassador within the community, collaborating with various organizations and influencers to enhance brand visibility through events and outreach initiatives. Your expertise will be pivotal in training and guiding the team, as well as making strategic decisions regarding merchandising, product placement, and sales tactics. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing team dedicated to service excellence.
  • Inspire and motivate team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Foster an environment where team members are encouraged to excel.
  • Oversee the overall performance of the store's service, operations, and personnel.
  • Support the team in achieving goals, tasks, and company initiatives.
  • Exemplify the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
  • Manage strategic marketing efforts within the community through events and initiatives.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Demonstrated leadership experience of 5+ years, preferably in retail.
  • Proven success in recruiting, coaching, and motivating a diverse team.
  • A commitment to supporting every team member to ensure exceptional customer care.
  • A strong drive to achieve results and foster growth in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining focus on the mission.
  • A passion for fashion and personal presentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to manage projects at both micro and macro levels.
  • Efficient and effective in managing processes and people.
  • Proactive in tactical and strategic planning.
  • A steadfast belief in prioritizing service over self-interest.
