Key Responsibilities:- Provide physical and emotional care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as eating, walking, and transferring.
- Monitor residents' conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the care team.
- Participate in safety and disaster drills, adhering to established safety and disaster prevention rules.
- Document resident care in Point Click Care computerized chart.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
- Completion of a Training Program for Home Health Aides.
- Current Home Health Aide certification.
- Previous experience serving the dementia or geriatric population is preferred.
