Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technology instructor to join our team at College of DuPage. As an adjunct faculty member, you will be responsible for teaching courses in Electro-Mechanical Technology, including PLC Programming, Process Control, and Robotics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach courses in Electro-Mechanical Technology, including PLC Programming, Process Control, and Robotics
  • Develop and implement course materials, including lesson plans and assessments
  • Evaluate student performance and provide feedback
  • Meet with students during office hours to discuss course material and provide support
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Electro-Mechanical Technology
  • Experience with online or virtual teaching preferred
  • Ability to teach day-time classes highly desirable
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ph.D. in Electro-Mechanical Technology or a related field
  • Experience with curriculum development and implementation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
